Are you cancelling MuleSoft CONNECT conferences?

At MuleSoft, nothing is more important than the health and safety of our customers, partners, employees, and event attendees. We have been closely monitoring the rapidly evolving coronavirus COVID-19 situation to ensure we are taking every precaution to look after our global community. After careful consideration, we have decided to reimagine MuleSoft CONNECT in Chicago, Dallas, and San Francisco as a live virtual experience — delivering a full program of inspiring sessions and educational content that will be streamed online for free.

How can I participate in the virtual event experience?

If you have already registered for MuleSoft CONNECT, we will automatically refund your registration fees and notify you via email about our virtual event. If you have not yet registered, sign up by clicking the “reserve your spot” button in the navigation.

When will the virtual event take place?

It will take place in mid May. Please stay tuned for logistics and for further details on the robust digital program we are building.

Will MuleSoft refund all purchased passes to MuleSoft CONNECT Chicago, Dallas, and San Francisco?

Yes, we will email you a confirmation of your refund receipt once we have completed your refund. If you have not received a refund confirmation email by April 15, 2020, please email us.

What about MuleSoft CONNECT Sydney, New York, and London?

At this time, there are no changes to these events.

Can I transfer my pass to a future MuleSoft CONNECT event?

Unfortunately, we cannot transfer your registration to another MuleSoft CONNECT, but we still invite you to join us!

I booked a hotel room through the MuleSoft CONNECT room block. How do I cancel my reservation?

If you booked a hotel in the MuleSoft CONNECT room block, we will automatically cancel your reservation. You will receive a cancellation notice via email. There is no need to contact the hotel directly to confirm the cancellation. At this time, attendees have not been charged the associated deposit for these reservations.

Will MuleSoft provide reimbursement for airfare or hotels booked outside of the MuleSoft CONNECT system?

No. MuleSoft will not provide reimbursement for airfare or hotels that were booked outside of the MuleSoft CONNECT system. Many airlines and hotels are offering flexible refund options at this time due to coronavirus COVID-19. Please contact your airline and hotel directly to review your options. 

I’m a sponsor of MuleSoft CONNECT 2020. What will happen to my sponsorship?

We will be contacting each of our sponsors individually regarding next steps.
